Not livable!

Pros

The building is under renovation, but the tenants aren't!

Cons

I asked tenants who live at this property if it's worth moving and they told me not to because the residents are crackheads. They informed me that I would witness human feces and urine in the stairwells if live there long enough. Also that some people will be found smoking crack in the stairwells. I'm not moving in here! No, thank you!

Advice to the owners

You can update your property all you want but if you don't get rid of the perpetrators who are using your stairwells as they're own personal bathroom stalls to shoot up crack, crap and piss it will be for nothing! Also, the tenants complained that the entrance door doesn't lock and that they don't feel safe because just anybody can walk in! Additionally, they've complained that there's no heat in the apartments!
