Pros

Decent area, close to groceries and the Q Line! Has laundry and an elevator as well as decent heat in the winter.

Cons

Elevator can be broke on and off, the laundry room seems a bit small for the building but efficient Roaches in the lobby sometimes but it's basement level so partially expected
