Love this building
Pros
236 E 36th St was the first building I moved to when I moved to the city and it has been amazing. The doormen are so nice and conversational, the apartment was beautiful and clean, and the building staff was very attentive.
Cons
I would have loved living here forever had the building not raised the rent tremendously. My rent is being increased 8% which is very high so that is my only true con.
