What does top rated buildings mean on Openigloo?

It means the buildings in this scope have stronger renter review scores on Openigloo. It is a building-level signal, not a guarantee about a specific apartment, lease term, or monthly cost.

How many apartments for rent are in this Midtown West page?

There are 186 apartments for rent in top rated buildings in Midtown West. That gives you a current inventory to compare, but availability can change quickly.

What is the median rent for this page?

The median rent is $4,890. Use that as a reference point when you compare studios and 1-bedrooms, since unit size and building quality can move the asking rent up or down.

What should I confirm before applying to a top rated building?

Confirm the full move-in cost, whether there is a broker fee, what the deposit is, and whether utilities or amenities add to the monthly total. A strong building rating does not remove those costs.

How does Midtown West compare on bedroom mix?

The most common bedrooms are 1-bedrooms and studios. If you are budgeting, compare the asking rent, the unit size, and the building rating together instead of looking at bedroom count alone.

Do top rated buildings mean lower rent or fewer fees?

No. A higher review score does not mean the apartment is affordable or fee-free. Ask about application fees, broker fees, deposits, and any lease rules before you commit.
