Renters approve of the building's owners
Nice quiet little building in an excellent location. Neighbors are friendly but quiet and keep to themselves. Common areas are cleaned regularly and I have never had any problems with bugs or other pests (huge plus because they are my actual worst fear). I’ve lived in Boston my whole life and couldn’t be happier with my time here (been here now for 2 years).
Package system is a bit disorganized but overall fine.
