Good space, but poor management

Outdoor areas are beautiful Very nice staff Great transit access Apartment appliances are modern

Cons

Location is grimy Found a few roaches in apartment, but not a recurring problem Appliances broke and landlord took a long time to respond or fix No communication about balcony opening, only window in apartment was obstructed

Pros

- Friendly doormen/building staff - Laundry on every floor - Clean - No street noise (at least in interior facing units) - Nice gym and common areas - Close to subway/grocery store/easy to walk to other neighborhoods

Cons

- Interior facing units are dark, but this is to be expected - Not a ton of food directly outside, but plenty within 5-10 min walk

Not really. From the third floor you can hear a fair amount of street noise. You can buy soundproof (mass-loaded vinyl) curtains which help somewhat.
