- Friendly doormen/building staff - Laundry on every floor - Clean - No street noise (at least in interior facing units) - Nice gym and common areas - Close to subway/grocery store/easy to walk to other neighborhoods

Cons

- Interior facing units are dark, but this is to be expected - Not a ton of food directly outside, but plenty within 5-10 min walk
