Solid building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Issues got fixed within 24 hours, upcoming scheduled maintenance was always communicated ahead of time, hallways and building amenities were cleaned regularly. Plus the doormen are awesome
Cons:
Area is pretty quiet, dead on weekends. Not as many food delivery options as other neighborhoods, but I guess you can take the subway a couple stops to West Village or LES
