    No noise from neighbours - very sturdy construction

    Older heating units often malfunction

    Beautiful building, friendly doormen and valet, apartments are nice with high ceilings and finishings, amenities
    Cons:
    The super/building manager is not proactive and rude, very unhelpful. Construction on various floors as the building sells more units can be loud.
