Pros

-Co-op but very nice landlord. -Most doormen are incredible. -Very quiet area.

-Now fired Super was very non-responsive. -Some co-op rules can be frustrating.

Amazing staff, clean, amenities are hard to beat, convenient area, great appliances

Holland tunnel traffic is really loud and depending on your configuration thin walls make it really easy to hear the neighbours.
