Unreliable elevators over the years. Lack of communication from management when there’s a large event at Cipriani across the building and all practical access to the building is blocked off. The newly introduced mandatory amenity fee even if you explicitly stated that you do not wish to use any of the offered amenities (that are currently under construction by the way)
Advice to the owners
Please treat this building as a real estate business and its tenants as residents instead of using them for your event planning schemes. No one cares about candle making/floral arrangement/piglets in the lobby/etc. We just want to live in peace and quiet instead of an active construction zone that you have made the building since you moved into the building as the new owners.
