How is the elevator situation now?

No issues like last year! In high rise only 2 are being used for residents regular activities, 1 is a service area dedicated for moving, and the last one is being repaired, I don’t have any issues!

Pros

No mice/roaches. Really kind staff, great mailroom. Real walls so you don't hear neighbors all the time!

Cons

I do not like the new owners, who suddenly required that everyone pay a mandatory amenity fee for a new gym whether or not you plan to use it.
