    Everyone who works at the building is great. Super clean, nice apts.
    Cons:
    Tenants are on the younger side so it can get noisy.

    Location right by Seaport, no amenity fee, great rooftop, friendly staff, responsive maintenance and management, big apartment layouts,

    Some apartments are showing their age/not as modern as other FiDi buildings, expensive, no in unit washer dryer, small gym
