Staff are on top of it!

Cons

Heating and insulation are the worst. It’s just a weak flow of air. My window was not insulated so this winter my room essentially became the temperature of the air outside 24 floors up.

Advice to the owners

Fix insulation PLEASE. Try to install better heating - it’s why I’m leaving.
