Apartments are huge so most are flexed, that makes it a very young people building. Equinox in building so you get like a half off membership
2026 they increased my rent and of some ppl I know by 17% (previous year was just 4%)
A/C, equinox in building. Nice neighbors, spacious rooms.
Not really in Tribeca, slow to fixes.
