Awful leasing team. I lived here for three years and they made me sign a new lease every year because I had one roommate change. They could not have made the process more painful or difficult if they tried. They are genuinely rude and unhelpful. They very obviously don’t care. Awful building manager. The ‘super’ gets to live there rent free and never does anything to help anyone. Anytime I have approached him to ask him for something or even a simple question, he stares at his phone and doesn’t look me in the eyes??? He does this to everyone. Just generally super unhelpful. Smells like trash consistently. It’s beyond me that with the prices they charge, they haven’t figured out a solution to make the lobby and elevators smell better. In the summer, forget it. It’s truly disgusting and really detracts from the ‘luxuriousness’ of this so called ‘luxury’ building. While there are a few different categories/age groups living here, it’s post grad kids from NJ, PA, LI.
Advice to the owners
Try to curate a more thoughtful cache of residents. Get rid of the awful trash smell Don’t be so cheap and scammy
