Well kept, clean, never really see anyone from management but it’s running smoothly. Nice units
They raise rent about 10% every year which is wild. The windows are not insulated at all and my heat/AC bill can be near $1k. There was a fire and we didn’t even have fire alarms. I’m moving out in one month and they haven’t even asked if I’m staying yet. Generally very fine but just completely out to lunch management.
