do not live here unless you wanna deal with a crazy landlady and dirty building

Pros:
- location is central from subway lines and is at the corners of diff neighborhoods - exterminator every month
Cons:
- dirty ass building and is poorly maintained - building smells because of butcher next door and overflowing piles of trash on street and in lobby of building - landlady is extremely rude and condescending, doest listen to complaints - landlady is extremely unprofessional - landlady tries to charge you fees for everything, squeezes money out of u - rats all over the street - garbage trucks are extremely loud and go on all night long, be ready to kiss your sleep goodbye - bathrooms are teeny tiny

please hire someone to help you, you make it so difficult to live

Horrible management, went without gas for a year and was given a single electric burner, smells like garbage in common spaces

On a super busy block. Building unfortunately hasn’t had cooking gas in half a year
