- Landlord seems to mean well, but based on property records you can tell she owns the building -- however, she insists on pretending she's just the property manager and is "reporting" back to some larger real estate company. She'll say things like "Oh, I don't think they'll let me do that", but when in reality she is the owner of the building. - Strange mix between older residents who have been in the building for decades and very young tenants. Makes for a strange dynamic. - It's a very old building, and the surrounding area is a bit dirty. The building has been well-maintained over the years, but it's still a bit too dirty.
