Good location, great super

Pros

Love the super in the building. Good location, more quiet than other areas of LES.

Cons

The management company William Gottlieb sucks. They get things done eventually but are very rude and demanding.

Overpriced and small, but fine for one year.

Pros

The street was quiet and close to restaurants, grocery stores, bars, parks and the water. Great location, near the F, J, Z and the Williamsburg bridge. Our unit was newly renovated, clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous with grea sunlight on the top floor.

Cons

Heat was HOT in the winter. Some issues with waterbugs, but typical for NYC, no infestations.
