I was scammed on an apartment in this building and later found several other people who were scammed by the same person Aidamarie Luberez. Please if you see a listing from her report it. She is extremely convincing but she is a scammer!!

The location is the best part of the building. Not too many nice things to say honestly.

Roaches & other bugs, heating issues, the landlord, if it can go wrong it probably will.

No and the landlord is a crook with dementia who will claim she doesn’t get your checks and threaten to take you to court and ruin your ability to rent in the future. If you tell her you’re moving out she will find your checks the next day.
