I had a consistently bad experience here due to poor upkeep and management. The building felt run-down (don't be fooled by the hallways) and maintenance was difficult to get handled. The super is only available Mon–Thu, and EVERY issue has to go through the owner (an elderly 87 yr old landlord) she has dementia, often gets grumpy, confrontational, and hard to work with. The property manager mainly collects rent and doesn't have authority to resolve anything. There’s also a major PIGEON issue. They nest in/around the building in the alleys and you'll hear them flying and cooing 24x7. If you request repairs, be prepared for an unpleasant process. Overall, it wasn’t a comfortable place to live, and resident turnover is high, many residents don’t stay longer than a year. I had to threaten a legal action to get my security deposit back.

I was scammed on an apartment in this building and later found several other people who were scammed by the same person Aidamarie Luberez. Please if you see a listing from her report it. She is extremely convincing but she is a scammer!!
