97 Pitt: A Good One-Person Home
Pros
Neighbors in the building have been around for years or even generations and most of them say hello and/or watch out for you. It felt like a small community. They're mostly quite and respect everyone. The unit was clean and well-maintained. No cracks or holes for rodents to come in. Close to nightlife but far away enough to live quietly (with the exception of the noise - fire station and precinct is down the street; random people shouting late at night).
Cons
Not enough natural light. Not very spacious. Low water pressure.
