Pros

Halls are cleaned monthly, everyone in the building keeps everything fairly clean though Good heat. Super responds back within 24 hours Can barely hear neighbors

Cons

Big Cockroaches. Even up on the fifth floor I’ve had issues with them being in the apt in any room. Water pressure could be better but gets the job done

More roach traps and better water pressure
