Looked too good to be true

Pros

Love the rooftop and space for a duplex, also access to other building next door for amenities

Cons

We got robbed within 2 weeks of moving here, this was a known issue not told to us by our broker or landlord which i think is illegal/should be. the location doesn’t feel safe, street is too far off from people to feel safe

Got the job done

Pros

Decent roof and view from said roof, new building, elevator, the finishes in the units all look nice

Cons

It’s like ikea in that it all looks nice but was very cheaply built. It’ll get the job done but this is also from 2019 before the rent in the building skyrocketed
