Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 166 Suffolk Street reveal a mixed experience for renters. The building is praised for its quiet environment and good neighborhood location, with some tenants appreciating the decent layout and water pressure when functional. However, major concerns include inconsistent or absent heating, poor cleanliness, frequent pest problems, and low water pressure. Management responsiveness is widely considered inadequate, with several reports of unaddressed maintenance issues and tenant dissatisfaction. Noise levels are generally low, and neighbors are often viewed positively. Renters recommend caution, citing ongoing challenges that detract from living comfort and urging management to improve basic services and responsiveness.
