The worst slumlord in New York, Constant No Hot Water, No heat, No Prressure

Pros

Nothing. Overpriced dirty, unkept hallways, the management is rude and does illegal charges. They are not nice, you can't shower with hot water as there is no water pressure ever. No heat in winter. Rats, Mice, Good Luck!

Above, Don't Rent here. It's full of Roaches.

Nothing. Worst building ever. No water pressure or hot water. You can't even shower. It's insane. Where is the building inspectors
