Fifth floor walk up

Pros

close to the train, apartment has in unit laundry, neighbors are lovely. never had any pests. central air and dishwasher. super was amazing and did everything he could for us.

Cons

Incredibly small, very loud street. Hot water went in and out multiple times until we had to call 311 to get it back. The trash area has rats everywhere which ended with residents having to leave trash in the hallway downstairs. packages were stolen multiple times. Incredibly hard to get management to believe us when we had a reoccurring water leak that lasted for months. Management company themselves were very hard to work with. Super was great though!!!!
