Good management here

Pros:
Management is responsive. Super and other workers very attentive and good people.
Cons:
Elevator breaks down a lot. Recycling process needs improvement. Heat is paid by the tenant and is expensive.

Decent, just pricey

Pros:
Building was quiet and decently clean. The supers were regularly working on building upkeep. They were responsive to maintenance requests but, like many places, resorted to cheap/quick fixes.
Cons:
Next to a green space so there were definitely rats outside and had some bugs inside.
Rent was expensive because of the area but the apartment itself could use an upgrade. Everything was functional though.
