    Pros:
    Noise levels especially at night are much lower than expected, overall great quality building with responsive ownership.
    Cons:
    There have been a couple messes made I’m the stairwell that too several days to get dealt with

    Great location and decent place to live

    Closet space, young tenants, chill neighbors, maintenance is quick and straightforward
    Cons:
    Property manager was occasionally unresponsive and difficult, especially around the ending of the lease; TONS of rats outside the building around the trash area
    Advice to owner:
    Hire nicer property managers
