Everything. Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE. THE LANDLORD JEFFREY GRUINSTEIN WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A YOUNG FEMALE RENTOR. HE WILL LIE ABOUT FIXING APPLIANCES AND CHARGE UNJUST FEES FOR THEIR REPAIRS (COMPLETELY ILLEGAL). NOT EVEN INCLUDING THE PEST ISSUES THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT MICE, ROACHES, AND YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT ILLEGALLY WITHHELD
