    big studios for good price
    Cons:
    neighborhood is a little rough around the edges

    Not a terrible place to live.

    Super quiet building on a busy block.
    Cons:
    Had no hot water when I moved in ans it took 3months to fully resolve the issue.
    Advice to owner:
    Be better at fixing these types of problems.
