Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by Mark Press reveal a mixed management experience. While some appreciate spacious apartments, decent heat, and convenient locations, many report serious issues: poor cleanliness, ineffective garbage management, pest infestations, and significant noise problems due to disruptive tenants. Responsiveness from the owner is frequently criticized as slow or unhelpful, with delayed repairs and inadequate communication common complaints. Several renters note building neglect, with concerns about security and tenant behavior, especially in certain buildings becoming akin to poorly managed dormitories. Overall, renters should anticipate management challenges related to maintenance, tenant conduct, and owner responsiveness under Mark Press.
