Good light from garden next door
Cons:
Heater came on last winter early and would not shut off for days, was incredibly hot and management was incredibly non responsive when they knew the issue existed

Tiny apt with a garden view

-clean -never had issues with the actual building
Cons:
-walls are paper thin, so you hear everything -if the neighbor slams their door, anything hanging will fall, so super tough if they are having a party -some entitled neighbors -property owners or person in charge of this building changed and they went from being understanding to extremely money hungry -sent people to look at apt whenever they wanted when we were moving out
