Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of buildings managed by Adam Daniels often praise the apartments' locations, good neighborliness, and some updated amenities. However, recurring issues include poor cleanliness, inadequate garbage management, and persistent pest problems like cockroach and rodent infestations. Heating inconsistencies and occasional noise disturbances are reported, with some complaints about thin walls. Management responsiveness varies widely; some tenants find staff friendly and timely, while others cite unresponsiveness and rude encounters. Package theft is a common concern. Overall, renters should expect mixed experiences, with property upkeep and critical repairs sometimes neglected, underscoring the need for more proactive, tenant-focused management.

Fine building, been here for 2 years

Pros

Landlords are often responsive

Cons

Not the cleanest

Former tenant·10 minutes ago

Eh, it’s fine

Pros

Location is great. Newer appliances. Beautiful floors. On a quieter street.

Cons

Everybody up at the management office is snippy. Anytime I’ve interfaced with them I’ve had a dreadful time.
