i love the neighborhood and everyone around it

Cons

the super is a complete ass and is so rude and condescending, he has screamed in my face multiple times meanwhile there’s rats running around the apartments and he doesn’t care

get new employees and management

Dead-end street, barely any traffic, super is great

Cons

FAR from subways, Noisy school kids next door, Ave C is not ideal to walk in from as it is a dead end, housing projects on street
