Had some issues with heat over winter and the water but other than that apartment was fine
- rooftop views - two rooms on ends are big - cheap
- dirty - no windows (including in the third room) - theft - small kitchen (mini fridge) - minimal outlets b/c of brick - hot throughout year (never turned heat on)
