Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 610 East 9 Street praise its quiet location, updated appliances, and in-unit washer/dryer as notable advantages. Many tenants find the building cozy and appreciate responsive management and superintendents when they are attentive. However, consistent issues with pest control, particularly roaches and flies, have been frequently mentioned. Garbage management and cleanliness fluctuate, with some complaints about trash piling up and unpleasant odors in common areas. Heating can be inconsistent, swinging between too hot and too cold, and the absence of an elevator adds inconvenience. Noise levels are generally low, and neighbors are friendly, but management responsiveness varies. Improvements in pest control and maintenance communication would significantly enhance tenant satisfaction.
