Party building, so depends what you're looking for
Former Tenant
Pros:
* Good location.
* Renovated units are in good shape.
* Nice backyard patio.
Cons:
* Building attracts mostly party people. One unit even left their door open to the hall during parties.
* Hallways have no soft surfaces, so all noise carries throughout the floor.
* Doorman buzzed everyone in and do not screen anyone heading into the building. A locked door to the street would've provided more security...
Advice to owner:
Hire better doorman.

Horrible roommate situation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything was fine there except the roommate
Cons:
Laundry was always busy
Advice to owner:
I lived in apartment 3f the woman rents out a room in a 3 bedroom apartment and 6 months in accuses you of slamming the door late at night — and then kicks you out keeping the security deposit. It’s taken my 2 years small claims court and a collection agency to get my$ back not to mention the expense of moving for no reason she is a shrew and the apartment stinks of cat piss

Generally good, scary elevators
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry on every floor, dishwashers in unit, shared courtyard.
Cons:
Both elevators jump at the second floor. $500 non-refundable pet deposit, even for un-renovated apartments. Party suites on the top floor that get very loud on weekends.

Nightmare of a building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, price, size of apartment
Cons:
Rats, Cockroaches, flies in bathroom, construction on the building, construction across the street, toilet pipes from above apartment leaking into my bathroom.
Advice to owner:
This building is falling apart. For the prices you charge and the “nice” finishes (new floors), look at the important things like the PLUMBING.
