Gym is a joke, NYU kids throwing loud parties on the weekdays can be very annoying. I’ve had to report twice

Great location, nice neighbors, updated basement gym

Cons

New ownership is not responsive, has done very cheap updates and refuses to hire more staff resulting in a much more crowded and expensive building that is dirtier and not well kept up. It can take weeks for management to do anything.
