Back yard as advertised is gross

Landlord doesn’t take care of trash properly, so lots of rats out back

Store trash inside or in proper-rat proof bins

Cons:
No replies from owners/ property managers, super changed multiple times throughout the course of one year. Times when there was urgent situations and couldn’t get ahold of anyone
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants like they’re paying you- felt constantly taken advantage of. Things frequently broken and emails constantly unanswered
