Loved the building
Pros
The huge entryway was beautiful and our first floor facing the street was perfect. The neighbors are also great and the location is perfect.
Cons
My bedroom didn’t have a window and only a door so the portable ac unit sucks. Also unit is pretty small.
Advice to the owners
Be more communicative with tenants. Many time People were sent with no heads up and emails went unanswered for a full week.

Good for an old building
Pros
Price was good, washer/dryer and dishwasher in every unit. Really nice and spacious stairwell.
Cons
Garbage area was not large enough and residents end up creating a mess just outside the garbage area which can get kind of gross every weekend. Had a couple packages stolen. Building is really old so windows were a bit leaky in the winter.
