Nice maintenance staff, friendly building workers. Good location. Super quiet street.
So stinky. The entire building especially the lower floors REEK of rotten trash smell. The summer months are the worst. It feels extremely unsafe to breathe in the amount of trash gases that emanate throughout the building. Some nights I would wake up in the middle of the night because the smell was so powerful. I’m a heavy sleeper and was awoken by a smell, not a noise, a smell. They try to cover the smell with heavy amounts of bleach, which also seems like it’s really unhealthy to breathe.
Seal off the cellar, make sure trash is handled appropriately, stop covering the smell with concentrated bleach.
It’s quiet and garbage outside is maintain
Literally everything else about these people. Their workers smoke cigarettes while they work in your apartment. They will increase you rent 120% we haven’t had a stove in months. The gas lines are so fucking loud at night so I keep it off.
