Good location bad management

Pros

Typically very quiet in and around the building

Cons

Maintenance appointments/requests are missed or just not responded to 90% of the time. Biggest con was 3 separate apartment floods due to poor building maintenance. Since the roof was not maintained, heavy rainfall caused an actual downpour of water into my apartment 3 times over the course of 6 months. I had to take care of this myself and only received reimbursement after withholding rent. Many of my belongings were damaged and thrown away. Have not had a problem with that in about a year, but still something to always be frightful of when leaving the city for any extended period of time or just in general.

BEWARE OF CENTENNIAL

Pros

The unit itself was nice

Cons

The Croman “empire” is just a bunch or slumlords who will do whatever they can to cut costs to maximize profits. All the while, Steve Croman had Ariana Grande come to his son’s bar mitzvah?? They will never fix any of your complaints. You will live with black mold or a leaking roof, and no one will care.
