    cute area lots of stuff to do

    great food and bars great location
    Cons:
    apt was small, there were rats

    clean up this place!!!

    Lazy landlord along with property management

    Location is prime.
    Cons:
    Land lord has not fixed the washer/dryer for the entire building, which has now been broken since December. He had repeatedly said he is getting permits to fix this problem but has yet to do so. Some units stoves no longer work since the gas line broke and they no longer have working stoves. The front door matts have also not been replaced and since they have gone missing, people have slipped and fell.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the washer and dryer

    Quiet, good heating
    Cons:
    Lots of rats and cockroaches, especially on the first floor and basement level
