    good location, meh bldg

    Pros:
    location is great
    Cons:
    no gas for a month and no hot water for 2 wks, they blamed it on coned but we're 99% sure it's because of this covered up unit on the 1st floor they had to open the wall to get inside of
    can be noisy outside but you're living on avenue A so it makes sense

    The management does not fix anything, our gas / heat shut off for a month, have had countless problems
