My wall was a flex wall that was shared with my frat star neighbors so I can hear word for word their conversations and shitty music. When I rented the apartment I was told it would be cleaned and when I got there, the previous tenants food, toothbrush, and other belongings were still there and the place was left disgusting. Everyone involved is shifty, makes empty promises, and should not be trusted.
