minor sound carry's b/w units but other than that it's a great building

Overall Happy with this building

Pros

Great location, live in Super is very nice and mostly responsive. Laundry in the building is helpful, and overall the trash area is kept organized and clean.

Cons

No elevator. Roof access was taken away even though it was a major reason for renting here.
