What a time!

Pros

Centrally located, buzzy street. Easy to meet up with friends or have a nice solo stroll alone. The super was really sweet and responsive and the landlord was also very communicative.

Cons

A lot of night life nearby so the street noise could be a lot. It’s an old building so we would get some roaches. The landlord pays for monthly exterminating but on weekday mornings when most people aren’t home.

Advice to the owners

Double paned windows! Otherwise, I loved living here.
