Great Location but a little loud

Pros

Great location such a lovely street and the neighbors are great. Great restaurants and shops all around, very close to Soho and Noho. Love EZ (maintenance/super).

Cons

A little loud because of all the young bars on the street, management wasn't super responsive to a rodent issue I had but then EZ came and saved the day. Also not very close to any green space

Advice to the owners

Would love better trash options than the public street ones bc they're almost always full
