    Pros:
    There are no pros.
    Cons:
    The management toggles between unresponsiveness and harassment. There is no heat, there are no rodents, there are constant leaks and flooding. Avoid at all cost. They will try to put repair costs on you.

    Mostly clean
    Has a rooftop
    Neighbors are respectful
    Nice area between line D and F
    Cons:
    Mail box is a mess
    Package keep got stolen
    Loud party noise from across the street
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the mail box and the super is not really think trough when they have to do the work
