Location is good super is no good

Pros

Location and a room size is really good overall well maintenance just the super is too young inexperienced

Cons

Since the neighborhood is gentrified there are more and more younger residents and they are loud obnoxious annoying disrespectful

Get a new super the guy has no idea how to work
