I love Orchard St!

Pros

-Location: best street! -Washer/ dryer -Good neighbors

Cons

-Small apartment -The best street but it is busy/ loud -Old

Advice to the owners

If you want the most from the LES, live here! It is close to transportation all around the city but you'll also never need to leave bc it has all the best restaurants + bars. The building is old and apartments are small/ dusty but was a super fun place to live for my first NYC apartment
