good location and size for the price
Cons
garbage is in the basement and in the summer becomes infested with flies. flies are all throughout the hallways and come into the apartments.

Positive Experience Overall
Pros
The best part about the building is the location and ownership responsiveness. The ownership is communicative and maintenance issues were resolved promptly. Friendly Super and no pest issues (on the 5th floor).
Cons
Building smelled like cigarette smoke occasionally, especially in the winter. No elevator and no secure package room, never had anything stolen but they do get left in the hallway.
